Medicare Questions
How do I access my Medicare.gov account and what information can I see in there?
To log in to your Medicare.gov account, you can navigate to:
Inside your account you can:
- See a summary of your current coverage
- Add your prescriptions and pharmacies
- Access your “Medicare & You” handbook
- View your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs)
- Review bills processed within the past 36 months
- Sign up to get your yearly “Medicare & You” handbook and claims statements electronically
How do I create a Medicare.gov account if I’m new to Medicare or just creating an account for the first time?
To create an account, you can navigate to https://www.medicare.gov/account/create-account and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Please Note:
- To create a medicare.gov account, you will need to have your Medicare #.
- If you have just signed up for Medicare, you may need to wait a month until you receive your number on your Medicare card.
How can I request a new prescription drug card or supplement card to be sent to me?
You can find a digital copy of your prescription drug card in your Medicare.gov account. To request a physical copy, you can contact your carrier using their customer service number. If you are not sure who your carrier is, please reach out to our office.
I have an SSA.gov account already. How do I sign up for Medicare.gov Part A & B, or Just Part B??

How do I access my AssetMark EWealthManager portal and what do I have access to in the portal?
If you are not registered for an E-Wealth Manager login yet, please reach out to our team so we can get you set up.
Once you’re registered, you can access your EWealthManager Portal by navigating to:
https://www.ewealthmanager.com/ewmLogin/account/login

What is E-Money and how do I access my E-Money portal?
E-Money is the platform that Clarity Financial Solutions uses as our client-facing portal. In this portal, you can upload documents to share with your advisor in a secure vault, link your bank accounts and investments, track your spending, and create goals.
