He provides strategic insight, operational support, and behind-the-scenes guidance to ensure the firm
continues to deliver excellence in client experience and growth.
Jason is married to Clarity’s founder, Amanda Stilwell, and together they have three adult children. Outside of
work, he enjoys yard work, gardening, cooking, spending time with family, and cheering on football Saturdays.
